CELC Summer Carnival '10 Continued The Carnival started with a fun performance put up by our pre-k student. The carnival continue with "Hulla-Hup" performance by our friend and Benny the balloon artist was present too, making and handing out his fun creations to take home, range from a puppy figure, a monkey, an airplane, to big hats! Children were enjoying the bouncy-castle and also having a great time with the family-potrait session.
